Please remember not to deduct more than 50% of the non-custodial parent's (your employee's) income unless the court order specifies a higher percentage. Net income is the amount remaining after making mandatory deductions such as State, Federal and local taxes, FICA, Medicare, Disability Insurance and mandatory retirement.
